Wandering Fields posts your items with Australia Post via registered mail. Please allow 1-5 days processing and handling, orders are posted Monday, Wednesday and Fridays (excluding public holidays) We offer a flat rate shipping within Australia of $9.95 or free standard shipping when order totals $150 or more. We will send you a tracking number post shipping for your reference. If you have not received your order within 14 days please contact Australia post with the tracking number provided. All delays with Australia Post are beyond our control and we endeavour to get your package to you as fast as we are able, however some packages do take time to get scanned into the system at Australia Post and this also is also outside of our control.
Express post is a flat rate of $13.95 and is not included in Free shipping offer. Express post must be selected when placing your order as once your order is processed it cannot be added. Please see Australia Post website as to delivery times with express post.
Wandering Fields can not be held accountable for your package in any way once it has left the store. Please contact Australia Post directly in relation to lost or damaged packages.
Please ensure your postal details are correct at time of purchase as we are unable to correct an address once it has left our store. If a error has been made please contact us immediately to correct address before the shipping process is completed.
We are unable issue refunds for packages lost or that have been addressed incorrectly.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange online orders, If you would like to exchange an item you purchased online please return the original item and place a new order.
We may accept returns and issue a credit code for store credit (less shipping costs) on any FULL PRICED ITEM within 10 days of receiving your item. Please email us of your intention to return your item and we will send you a returns form and the address to send your return to. Proof of purchase and completed returns form must be included with returned item (proof of purchase is the confirmation of order email). Your return may be rejected if a proof of purchase is not included with your return. Return must be posted back to Wandering Fields WITHIN the 10 day period commencing when you receive your item, according to the tracking information.
All tags must be intact and clothing in unworn, clean and new resalable condition, we recommend you try your purchase on prior to putting on perfume or body sprays, your refund will be rejected if the item shows signs of wear, smells like perfume or has been damaged due to wear and tear. Returns will not be accepted for Change of mind purchases or colour variations. Please return your item folded and in the packaging you received it in. The credit code will be issued via email upon inspection of garment and approval by Wandering Fields and is available to use online immediately.
Parcels that are retuned to us via ‘return to sender’ will be charged a $25 fee and will be subtracted from your store credit as this it the fee charged by Australia Post for this service.
PLEASE CHOOSE SALE OR REDUCED ITEMS CAREFULLY AS THESE ITEMS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS AS THESE ARE CLEARANCE ITEMS AND ARE REDUCED TO CLEAR. THESE TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL.
All postage costs are the buyers responsibility and will not be included in the refund for returns.
All garments are inspected prior to shipping so you should not receive and item with a manufacturing fault however if you do believe you have received an item with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately and follow the returns process so that we can arrange a replacement item or if we are unable to replace item a refund will be issued to you, once your faulty item is received. Please attach a photo of the manufacturing defect to your returns form or the email notifying us of your return. Normal wear and tear, color variances and some shrinkage due to the nature of the fabric or incorrect laundering are not considered a manufacturing defect.
